When your Worklyfe account is first created, company rewards go to your Worklyfe Balance by default. Once funds land in your Worklyfe Balance, you can make transfers to your various other accounts.
However, you can also specify one of your accounts as the default payout method so that rewards skip your Worklyfe Balance and go directly to your selected account.
Notice: Keep in mind that funds cannot be transferred from your accounts to your Worklyfe Balance. You only have the ability to transfer from your Worklyfe Balance to other accounts. So if you set a default payout method other than your Worklyfe Balance, you won't be able to move funds from your rewards to other Worklyfe accounts.
Modify your default payout method
To modify your default payout method, navigate to the Rewards section of your Worklyfe account. At the top of the page, you'll see your current default account. Click on that to open up the default account selector.
From this screen, you can click on your preferred account as your default payout method. Once you've made your selection, you can close the default account selector and see your updated default payout method at the top of the screen. At this point, all future company rewards will be paid to your selected payout method.
Note: Some payout methods are faster than others. Payments to virtual cards and Zelle process almost immediately. Payments to a bank account will take 3-5 business days to clear once the the reward is issued. Paper checks will take 7-10 days to arrive in the mail.
Choosing paper check as your default payout method
If you select paper check as the default payout method, you'll be required to provide your mailing address so that the checks can be sent to you.
After you provide your address and click the "Confirm" button, future company rewards will be sent as a paper check to the address provided.
