If you happen to forget your password, and you are unable to login to your Worklyfe account, there's an easy and secure way to reset your password.
1. Request a password reset link be sent to your email address
The first step is to visit the following URL:
From here, you will be able to input the email address associated with your Worklyfe account. When you submit the form, Worklyfe will send a secure link to your email.
2. Follow the link in the email
You should receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to reset your password. It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you don't see it in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folder to see if landed there.
Once you locate the email, click the "Change my password" button. You will be directed to a secure form on Worklyfe where you can enter a new password for your account. The link in the email will expire after a few hours, so be sure to complete this process within a short period of time.
Warning: Never share the link or forward the email containing password reset instructions. The secure link expires after a few hours, but it could be used to gain unauthorized access to your account if a bad actor obtained it within the active window.
3. Reset your password
Use the reset password form to enter a new password. You are required to confirm the new password to mitigate mistakes. Make sure to use a secure password and store it in a secure place that will allow you to access and recall it later.
After you enter a new password and submit the form, you will be logged in and redirected to your account. Your old password will no longer work, and you will login to your account with the new password until you change it again.
